Policies
By signing up for the Lula Cellars wine club, I understand and agree to the following statements:
- I must be at least 21 years of age,
- A person of 21 years or older must sign for the wine shipments upon delivery,
- It is my obligation to inform Lula Cellars in writing of any address change prior to each shipment,
- I will be responsible for shipping charges and tax if applicable (including charges incurred due to misdirected packages),
- My credit card will be charged for all re-shipments,
- Wine purchases are non-refundable,
- Lula Cellars has the right to postpone shipments to avoid damage due to weather conditions,
- I am obligated to receive and pay for at least one case of wine per year,
- I may cancel my membership by doing so in writing at any time after receiving one case of wine in a year.
States regulate the distribution of alcohol within their own borders. Some states prohibit producers from shipping direct to consumers. If we are not able to ship to your state we will contact you for an alternate shipping address.
You must be 21 or older to purchase wine from this site. State law, as well as UPS policy, requires an adult signature (at least 21 years of age) at the time of delivery for every package of wine. It is the shipper’s responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery. Failure to be present for delivery or to provide proper proof of age will result in UPS cancelling and returning of your order. Please review our Shipping Policies for more information.
